How much do you invest, and on what terms?

We write pre-seed checks sized for early physical product companies — enough to unlock your next milestone without over-diluting you. Depending on the fit, we structure either a straight equity round on fair, founder-friendly terms, or a revenue-share arrangement that returns capital as you grow. We charge zero management fees and no upfront costs.

What do you mean by "investing time"?

Beyond the check, you get us. That means recurring working sessions on the things that actually move a physical product business: supplier sourcing and negotiation, unit economics, DTC and retail strategy, paid acquisition, and packaging. We've built and scaled products ourselves — we're operators, not just cheque-writers.

What stage do you invest at?

The earliest. We specialize in founders who are pre-seed — you may have your first sales, a working prototype, or just early traction. If you're already well past product-market fit and raising a large priced round, we're probably not the right first call, but we're happy to point you toward investors who are.

Question 4

Do you only fund physical products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We focus exclusively on companies that sell a tangible, physical product — consumer goods, hardware, food and beverage, and similar. That focus is deliberate: it's where our operating experience and network create the most leverage for you.

Question 5

How long does the process take?

Accepted Answer

Fast. After you apply, we aim to get on an intro call within a week. From there, a deep dive and a decision typically take days, not months. When we say yes, you'll have a term sheet quickly — we know runway is precious at this stage.
